1. When will my cheese arrive? Can I choose my own delivery date?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to pick your own delivery date. Orders are typically processed and shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays, (Holiday season (month of December) we ship Monday through Friday). Most orders placed Wednesday after 2pm will ship the following Monday, unless the package can arrive before the weekend. The arrival date is based off where your package starts and where it is being sent. We are located in Wisconsin so the closer you are the faster it will arrive. We recommend ordering two weeks to 10 days before you would like your package to arrive, just to be safe.

3. Do you offer priority shipping?

Yes! We offer 3 day select, 2nd day air, or next day air shipping. HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee arrival date.

 

4. What exactly does upgrading my shipping do?

UPS Next Day Air® offers guaranteed overnight service for time-sensitive shipments.

  • Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day
  • Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m. or the end of the day, depending on the destination, with delivery by 12 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays
  • Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

UPS 2nd Day Air® provides guaranteed service for second business day shipments, but is also not available for residential delivery.

  • Ideal for shipments that have the flexibility to arrive any time during the second business day
  • Guaranteed delivery by the end of the day, including Saturday delivery for shipments picked up on Thursday
  • Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with additional transit time in some parts of Alaska and Hawaii

UPS 3 Day Select® offers cost-effective guaranteed service for your less time-sensitive shipments.

  • Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day, including Saturday
  • Available in the 48 contiguous states

UPS® Ground provides the most cost-effective guaranteed service* with day-definite delivery in one to five business days.

  • A dependable and economical choice for all of your routine shipments
  • Day-definite delivery within one to five business days, including Saturday
  • Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico


5. Are there certain days that you do not ship?
We try to ship on Mondays and Tuesday so your package can arrive within a the week. We usually do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. UPS doesn't pick up on Saturdays or Sundays, so we do not ship those days either. UPS is closed on certain holidays too. 


6. How are products packaged?

Usually in a regular box. We also have the option of a gift box ($3.50). Gift boxes are nicer boxes, and your product will be made up with grass around it for a pleasant presentation. If shipping during the summer months, to warmer weather states, or states that are further away, we recommend a molded foam cooler with ice packs ($10). These states include, but not limited to: CA, FL, HI, AK, TX, NM, AZ, GA, LA, NV, MS, AL, RI, CT, MA, UT, ID, OR, WA, WY. It is also recommended that if the temperatures are over 60 degrees to use the molded foam cooler with ice packs.

 

7. Where do I add an ice & cooler box or gift box to my order?

You can add these options to your order during check out.

 

8. Can I place an order online for pick up?

Yes! During check out there is an option to select pick up and the date you would like to pick the order up.

 

9. What if I want only 1/2 # pieces of cheese?

In the shipping instructions during the check-out process, you can note what products you would like in 1/2 # pieces. Please keep in mind that the estimated total at the end is for 1# pieces, this will be adjusted when your order is processed.

 

10. Will I receive tracking information when my package ships?

We are not set up to have tracking information sent automatically.

 

11. How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us via email at info@eaugallecheese.com or call us at 715-283-4211. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

12. I forgot to add a gift message. Can I still add one?

If your order hasn't been fulfilled, we can still add a gift message for you.  Please email us at info@eaugallecheese.com or call us at 715-283-4211. Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to add a gift message.

 

13. My cheese arrived warm, is it still safe?

In some cases, the cheese may arrive warm. The enclosed frozen gel pack keeps the cheese cool during most of the shipment, but may become warm near the end of the journey. Most cheeses can last a few days without refrigeration. Once your package has arrived put the cheese in the refrigerator, and the cheese will be safe and of the same delicious quality as when it left our facility.

 

14. Do you ship internationally?

We ship a perishable product that is not suited for long transit times; therefore, due to increased customs delays in other countries and extended transit times, we are not able to offer international shipping.

 

15. Do you offer refunds?

16. I did not receive a confirmation email?

17. Where do I add a cooler box or gift box to my order?

Cooler boxes and gifts boxes can be added when you start your checkout.
