Somerdale White Stilton with Apricots combines the finest White Stilton cheese with succulent pieces of Dried Apricot. This produces a mild and fresh flavour, making for an excellent dessert cheese.

Ingredients: white stilton (pastuerized cows milk, salt, micobial rennet, dairy cultures) dried apricots (26%) apricots, rice, flour, sulfur dioxide as a preservative.
