Processed Salami

A customer favorite. This cheese is delicious with crackers.

Ingredients: Natural American Cheeses (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), water, salami (pork, beef, salt, sugar, lactic acid starter culture, flavorings, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite), sodium phosphate, salt, sorbic acid (preservative), natural flavoring, color (paprika and turmeric extract).
Processed cheeses are a food product made from cheese and unfermented dairy ingredients mixed with emulsifiers. This cheese is only 50-60% natural cheese.
