Refunds are not given for:
- Product not shipped in a cooler box.
- We recommend a cooler box when temperatures are 60 degrees or higher and shipping more than 2 days away.
- Wrong Address
- Weather delays
- Problems not related to or caused by Eau Galle Cheese (Cheese arrives warm, damaged, or missing)
- Not following refrigeration instructions
- Cheese sent to someone who is out-of-town or placed in a location by the delivery driver that was not seen (such as wrong door).
- Arrival time on day of delivery
- Regular ground shipping (if package took longer to arrive than estimated)
- Did not like the cheese (We are very sorry if you didn’t care for the flavor of your cheese, replacement product will not be sent)
If a package is lost or damaged, we can make a claim through UPS.
